Highlighting one of our first large scale projects at Southside. Our clients had a bit of a love it or list it mentality before we started but ultimately decided to make this their forever home. We collaborated with @vandalaydesigns for extensive updates inside and out.

We updated the front elevation giving a modern look with call backs to southern Louisiana styles with new siding, new doors, window placement, false shutters, columns, and custom steel handrails.

In the back we added some privacy fencing in preparation for a custom pool by Puryear Pools. At the interior we made subtle updates by replacing all the interior doors with more detailed panels, updated the master vanity area, new carpets, refinished floors, and fresh paint colors throughout.
